The Vision Behind Atlas Geo Parks
Bridging Innovation & Sovereignty
The journey to Atlas Geo Parks began with a simple observation: the future of food security is land-based, yet the barriers for producers—high energy costs, CAPEX risk, and biological instability—remain too high.
While exploring the world-renowned geothermal resource parks in Reykjanes, Iceland, I had a breakthrough. I saw how a 'centralized utility hub' could transform an entire industry by removing the infrastructure burden from the individual farmer. I knew that the same logic, applied to the unique geothermal reservoirs of the Gareb Plain in Morocco, could change the game for the Mediterranean.
My mission is to position Morocco not just as a participant in the global aquaculture market, but as a technological leader. By acting as an Aménageur-Développeur, I am building the platform where international expertise meets Moroccan potential.
Atlas Geo Parks is more than an infrastructure project; it is a strategic asset. We are proud to directly accelerate the objectives of the Kingdom of Morocco’s Plan Halieutis by transforming the Oriental region into a high-tech, decarbonized hub for global aquaculture.
